WOMEN'S HEALTH

I provide space to explore the emotional and mental health impact of women’s life transitions, identity shifts, and body related experiences. Together, we work through the stress, grief, and uncertainty that can come with these changes so you feel more grounded and supported in yourself.

CAREER GROWTH

I help you navigate career challenges, build confidence, and clarify what meaningful growth and fulfillment look like for you at work. We explore patterns, decision making, and internal blocks so you can show up more effectively and intentionally in your professional life.

EMDR

I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence based approach that helps your brain heal from painful memories and false beliefs that are keeping you stuck.
