I'm Rebecca. A therapist, a human, and someone who's spent enough time on both sides of the couch to know that life is wildly complicated and breathtakingly beautiful, sometimes in the same hour. I specialize in anxiety, depression and trauma, using evidence based methods to help you move forward. I also specialize in work life balance and personal fulfillment, women's health issues, relationships, parenting and ADHD. Not sure what you need but know something is off, that's ok, we can figure it out together.
My style
My therapy style is holistic and collaborative, pulling from different approaches depending on need, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and strengths based therapy.​ I am compassionate and non judgmental but not afraid to be direct and ask tough questions. I am passionate about helping you find healing, balance, and true happiness. This often includes a dash of humor.

I’m someone who genuinely loves to learn, whether that means diving into the latest research in mental health or getting lost in a great fantasy or sci-fi novel. (If you’re a fellow book lover, I always have a recommendation ready.) In my free time, I enjoy exploring new restaurants, practicing Pilates, and spending time with my husband and daughter.
