How to work with me
15 minute free consultation
In our 15 minute consultation, I’ll learn more about what you’re looking for and what’s bringing you to therapy. You’ll have space to ask questions, and we’ll outline a few next steps to see if working together feels like a good fit.
First few sessions
In our first few sessions, we’ll get a sense of where you are and where you’d like to be. We’ll talk through your goals, what’s feeling hard, what’s going well, and start shaping a plan to help you feel more like yourself again.
Ongoing therapy
We’ll meet weekly to tackle your goals. Our work together will stay focused on what you want to achieve, and we’ll check in regularly to make sure we’re moving in the right direction. This is a place to deep dive into areas that have been keeping you stuck.
